We offer several ways to order
our products, including a java-driven
shopping cart (which requires Netscape Navigator 4.0/Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4.0 or higher to use) which uses secure technology to handle your
orders. For older browsers, we offer a standard
non-secure order form,by email,

Our store carries products from many manufacturers, and it is our policy to honor the policies from each individual manufacturer. So, if a product we sell to you is defective or doesn't meet your expectations during a specified warranty period, contact us and we will handle it for you. It all comes down to our policy of Customer Care & Respect. We want you to be a satisfied customer, and we want to earn your trust for future purchases and referrals.
Estimated time for shipping is approximate. In most cases it is the shorter of the terms. If a products happens to be in stock in our showroom it will automatically ship out the next day. If a manufacturer lets us know that a product is going to exceed the estimated ship date we will notify you immediately.
All returns are subject to restocking fees.

Cancelling an order: If you find
you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing your
order to avoid the restocking fee. This is necessary, because we process your
order immediately and either ship from our location or submit your order with
a manufacturer. (Manufacturers do not allow us to cancel an order once it
has been confirmed.)
